Building a Regional Sales Masterclass Library

This project involved managing a content team in producing, shooting, editing, localising and distributing a large-scale masterclass video library for insurance sales teams across Asia. The goal was to capture the best practices of top producers and turn them into on-demand learning content that agents could revisit anytime — making high-quality sales training more accessible, scalable and engaging.
