After years of building regional sales enablement systems inside Prudential, I co-founded DignifyX to take that experience further — from training programmes into a live AI-powered performance platform.

As Co-Founder and CTO, I led the product and technology build across the DignifyX mobile app and DX web admin portal, working with a distributed development team to turn insurance coaching, reflection and performance tracking into scalable SaaS workflows.

Built from idea to live deployment in 8 months, DignifyX is now supporting insurance organisations and agencies across Singapore and Malaysia — with Indonesia next on the map.
