This work of modernizing training revolves around 4 pillars: Curriculum, Content, People and Platform. Three of these are covered in this page while platform is covered in the LMS page.
Taking it a step further, I’ve incorporated the concept of a fully blended, performance based learning experience by combining the digital learning experience with outcomes based classroom facilitations.
By mapping the objectives in digital learning to the MDRT themes in classroom facilitation, a meaningful sales action/outcome can be achieved.

Facilitated cross regional Train-the-trainers (TTT) sessions, in an original first of its kind design thinking led coaching masterclasses for staff specializing in sales training. I led the digital transformation of learning content for Agency Force, converting old school documents, pdfs, powerpoint slides to multi-media enriched interactive online learning experiences. Managed the migration, implementation and deployment of Learning Management Systems (LMS) across 8 countries twice. In 2020, from analogue learning to digital LMS Litmos and in 2024 from Litmos to AI powered Docebo.
